A 6.0-magnitude earthquake rocked Northern California earlier this morning, resulting in the hospitalization of dozens.

According to Gawker, the earthquake hit Napa Valley around 3:20 a.m. this morning, leaving many residents without water or power. The California Highway Patrol was forced to close segments of Highway 37, and Napa Division Fire Chief Darren Drake said the earthquake has caused six fires and destroyed as many as four mobile homes.

The Associated Press reports that one hospital in the area has treated 87 patients, and Vanessa DeGier, a spokesperson for Queen of the Valley Medical Center, says that three people—including one child—are in critical condition.
