Misunderstood. Gritty. Embittered.
These are the words that could describe almost every character Liam Neeson has played in a movie over the last five years. And, well, it looks like he’ll be sticking to that formula in A Walk Among Tombstones.
As a former cop who now functions as a non-licensed private investigator (whatever that means), he’s willing to do “favors” for just about anybody in exchange for “gifts.” So when a drug lord comes calling trying to find the people who kidnapped and killed his wife, good ol’ Liam doesn’t bat an eyelash.
What follows seems, mysterious, violent, and relatively badass. In other words, another Liam Neeson movie. We’re in.
