Some Lost fans are still tearing their hair out trying to figure out the solutions to all of  the show's mysteries. We'll leave the spoilery, mystical secrets of the series alone for now and just talk about boring old geography.

Throughout the series, the layout of the remote island changes to fit whatever plot is being advanced at the time. In season four's "Confirmed Dead," Sawyer says that the barracks are due south, even though the survivors have set up camp on the southern end of the island, near the coast. In season six's "The Substitute," Ilana's group comes the from the east for a funeral, even though it's been established that they live on the northwest end of the Island. Later in season six, Black Rock is on the opposite side of the island in "Dr. Linus," and "Exodus, Part 2." Shall we go on?
