New York is dirty. Not as bad as the '80s and '90s, they say, but it's still pretty damn disgusting. Texas is cleaner in pretty much every regard. There's really not much else to say here. Mutant rats aren't a thing in Texas. We have cockroaches that fly, but we don't have rodents the size of Guinea pigs. When we see trash on the streets, we don't shrug and keep walking. We say, "that's gross," because we are not immune to filth.
