The New York City Hospitality Alliance claims that the weekend staple of bottomless brunch is illegal in most cases. Why is everything popular against the law?

In a press release issued yesterday, the NYCHA details this practice which no one knew was prohibited by the State Liquor Authority:

None

Many were probably unaware of this because because the ABC Law doesn't seem to be heavily enforced. This would put a damper on Saturday and Sunday mornings if people—patrons and state officials, alike—actually gave a shit.
