The Laurel Police Department said that Williams had threatened a teller and coerced her into giving him the money despite never brandishing a weapon.

Williams fled in his vehicle, but police stopped his getaway attempt by using tire spikes. He attempted to flee on foot, but ended up slipping on ice, bringing the ridiculous ordeal to an end.
