Of all the people to interview about a 17-year-old who was arrested in Topeka, Kansas last week for planning to kill two high school administrators and two police officers at Topeka West High School, reporters stumbled upon Nate Magers.
When goaded for a reaction to the thwarted murder plot, West offers a hilariously relaxed, yet genuine response: "Wow, man. Like...killing people is heavy."
Nobody's saying he's stoned out of his mind, but he is mighty—and comically—calm considering the situation at hand. Let the memeing commence. Also, this story has become more notable than the terrible one that inspired it.
