This past weekend Respawn Entertainment revealed two new mechs on Spikes VGX video game awards for its eagerly anticipated game, Titanfall.

The two new robot jocks are the Ogre (featured above) who, as the name suggests, is heavily armored and capable of beating other mechs to death with their own arms. Also revealed was the fast and agile Stryder (featured below), which is a light and high-powered scout class. “The Styder outperforms all other Titans at speed, acceleration and agility,” states the trailer.

The trailers are presented in a super slick future commercial from the mega-corporation Hammond Robotics not unlike the spoof car advertisements featured in the new ship reveals for Star Citizen.

Titanfall will be released for Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on March 11, 2014 exclusively for Microsoft systems. Developer Respawn says that the game will be an Xbox exclusive “for the life of the title.” Sorry PlayStation gamers, you’re going to have to get your own mech combat parkour shooter.
