Twitter says so.

Last night right after the launch of Sony's PlayStation 4 console, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant (@dezbryant) made a surprise appearance at a Dallas Walmart. Not onlly did he interact with fans in the store, Dez hooked six people up with PS4 consoles according to a tweet from Kevin White.

After a number of calls to local Walmart stores in the area, one manager commented that he hadn't heard of the ball player's appearance and had doubted it saying, "even if it's true, all of our inventory is already purchased so he wouldn't be able to buy anyone anything."

However, a message from Twitter user @BRedLove told a different story.

Complex Video Games Editor, Larry Hester (@theblackspot) got in contact with @BRedLove and she confirmed Dez's good deed saying, "He does stuff like this in Dallas for people often." Hours later she spoke to Kevin to get the whole story and this was his reply.

While no one else has stepped up to confirm or deny the story—if it is indeed true—Dez Bryant has just made a lot of new friends in the video games community. With Microsoft about to drop the Xbox One next week, its almost certain that eyes will be peeled for another generous gesture. Fingers crossed over here.
