A western Pennsylvania man was arrested back on Sep. 15 after barking at a K-9 while at a DUI checkpoint. According to Evan City police Sgt. Don Myers, 26-year-old Cranberry Township James Paul Andrews was "barking, hissing and growling," at the dog, whose name is Chaos. You probably don't want to fuck with anyone—canine or human—named Chaos.
Police in Cranberry Township charged Andrews with inciting the dog, as well as drunk driving. The former is a felony punishable by up to seven years in prison.
