Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Kojima Productions and Platinum Games’ insane, sometimes-Kojima-esque, sometimes hilarious action game will be released on PC as a digital download “soon,” according to Konami.

For non-console gamers that may’ve missed out, Revengeance lets you take control of Raiden, now working as a private bodyguard (and still very much a badass ninja) after the events of Metal Gear Solid 4. Rather than being a traditional MGS-style stealth game, Revengeance is very much in the vein of Platinum’s Vanquish or Bayonetta – fast and intense – using Raiden’s high-frequency blade to let you manually aim and cut most anything around you.

Like its console counterparts, PC version will also run at 60 FPS (and will likely look pretty cool once the modding community gets their hands on it). Though Konami hasn’t specified what “soon” actually means, given that E3 is next week, we’d put our money on a release either during or just following the show.

No word yet on whether or not the PC release will get any of Raiden’s extra costumes or the game’s additional story and VR mission content released as DLC since the game’s release.
