We all know the kids love to smoke the drugs, but UNICEF held a study observing childhood well-being and learned that those crazy Canadian kids easily smoke the most weed. According to "Report Card 11,"Canada bested 28 other countries for its rate of weed smoking youth, as 28 percent of the 11, 13 and 15-year-olds who participated in the survey admitted to lighting up last year.
Ironically, the study found that countries with more relaxed drug laws had lower numbers of kids who smoked marijuana. For example, just 10.5 percent of young people in Portugal admitted to smoking weed, and the country has decriminalized the drug altogether.
