What is the most delicious hangover cure of all time? That would be the Egg McMuffin, the elusive breakfast sandwich that is unavailable after 10:30 a.m. This is madness, of course, and McDonald's patrons have been asking the fast food giant to sell breakfast all day for years.
McDonald's CEO Don Thompson hinted at the new programs they'll be rolling out soon in an interview with CNBC. "Yes, we would consider it [breakfast all day]. We have the focus on our existing menu, but we have looked at breakfast across the day. We have it in some markets around the world," he said.
They've also been testing out delivery services in big cities (you can get it near NYU) and are looking at "innovate ways" to expand their breakfast menu. "Tastes have been changing and it's just that we as McDonald's have continued to evolve," Thompson said. False—everyone has always wanted McMuffins! They are delicious.
