Don't underestimate someone on crutches, because they'll rob you just as fast as you can blink. The NYPD has leaked the photo above, saying that the man stole a laptop from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs on Mar. 6. According to the police, the suspect allegedly "removed the victims bag which contained a laptop and fled the scene."
So were the crutches just an act, or did he really escape by hopping away?
