The wait for The Walking Dead to resume its superb third season has been arduous, to say the least, but now AMC (via IGN) has released some new footage from the upcoming batch of episodes that should make the delay a bit easier to swallow. The first one is basically a brief trailer showing off what to expect in 2013, while the second one is a full clip from the mid-season premiere, which will air in February.
The remainder of this season will be the last for showrunner Glen Mazzara, who announced his departure from the show last month because of creative differences. We’re holding out hope that Mazzara and the rest of the Dead team can wrap up this third season in style, because we feel the series is just now settling into a groove.
