The time has finally come. Microsoft announced that it will be releasing the Surface Pro in the United States and Canada on February 9. As for updates, Forbes is reporting that "it will run all Windows legacy apps [and unlike] Windows RT, the Surface Pro ships with Windows 8 Pro installed, lending it more usability for consumers looking for a true tablet/laptop hybrid."
The 64GB Surface Pro, which includes a Surface pen, will sale for $899. It will be available at the Microsoftstore.com and at all Microsoft retail stores.
