Donald Lee thought he was home free after robbing the People's Bank & Trust in Missouri wearing a Chucky mask, but before he could leave the parking lot, the bank's president pulled a gun on him. 58-year-old bank President David W. Thompson pulled a Colt .380 on Lee, and ordered him out of the vehicle. When Lee reached in his pocket, Thompson warned him "You don’t want to go there, this will end badly."

With the help of a loan officer, Thompson held Lee in that spot until police arrived. Police discovered that Lee wasn't even armed. He was arrested and charged with first-degree robbery, and held on $50,000 bond. He should've read the sign outside of the bank that reads "Management recognizes the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution as an unalienable right of all citizens."
