A man was arrested on a Spirit Airlines flight travelling from LaGuardia Airport to Fort Lauderdale after allegedly refusing to turn off his cell phone and making threats. According to MyFoxNY"The Port Authority says the person was removed from the plane after making a remark to another passenger that was perceived as a threat."

Spirit Airlines says that the man would not turn off his phone when asked, and threatened the crew. The man, described as a 30-year-old from upstate New York, was charged with filing a false report and making a terroristic threat. The flight was delayed, pissing off the remaining passengers and crew.
