18-year-old Joshua P. Dalton was arrested in Virginia Beach on Monday after the tough guy pulled a gun on a group of elementary school students who made fun of his Confederate flag. Dalton was riding in his pickup truck behind a bus that was unloading students from Pembroke Elementary school. Two students got back on the bus, saying that Dalton had brandished a weapon that he was now pointing at the bus. The driver brought the kids back on the bus and called the police.
Dalton's explained that the children's remarks regarding the Confederate flag adorning his truck upset him.
