Square Enix's mobile RPG Chaos Rings has done quite well on iOS devices, despite carrying a relatively hefty price tag—at least when compared with all those $1 throwaways on the App Store.

Today Chaos Rings has jumped to Android, and it's available now for $12.99. The RPG features four pairs of characters, each with a unique story in which the other pairs appear as enemies. It's got all the typical JRPG fare: random battles, turn-based fighting, puzzles, explosive boss battles—you name it.

Plus it was developed from the get-go for touch screen controls, so there's been no awkward adaptation.
