36-year-old Larry Dunn, Jr. was arrested in Dallas, TX, last week for murdering his new girlfriend, 28-year-old Cicely Bolden. After the couple had sex, Bolden informed Dunn that she was HIV positive. He responded by going to the kitchen and retrieving a knife, which he then used to kill her. "She killed me, so I killed her," he explained to police.
Bolden's body was discovered by her son and daughter, ages 7 and 8, when they returned home from school. Dunn told police that he burned his clothes and the murder weapon, then threw them in the dumpster of a Waffle House. Bolden's children are now in the custody of the boy's father, Jeff Busby, who says that Bolden also gave him HIV within the past two years.
Dunn has been charged with murder, and is being held on $500,000 bail.
