While preparing dinner, Milica Calovic, of Florida, dumped a container of Taylor Fresh Organic Baby Spinach into a pot of boiling water. It took a few minutes for her to find the dead mouse, but there it was, bobbing in the water. Calovic says it must've been packaged inside the spinach, which was billed as "washed and ready to eat."
A Taylor Fresh rep insists that Calovic can't prove that it was packaged inside the spinach, and that other consumers should not be worried. Thing is, this does happen. And more often than any of us would like to admit.
