In this latest clip from Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1, we get our best look yet at just how closely everyone involved in the movie’s production followed Frank Miller’s original story. In this scene we see a reflective Bruce Wayne looking at Jason Todd's Robin costume and remembering the promise he made to himself after the boy's death. The scene was one of the most important in the comic book, and here it’s brought to life seamlessly, thanks to the terrific voice acting by Peter Weller as Bruce Wayne.
Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1 will hit DVD and Blu-ray on September 25. The second part should be available in early 2013.
