Assassin's Creed 3 is a prettier and more fluid game than its predecessors, and that's thanks to Ubisoft's new AnvilNext engine.
The game's large environments and versatile animations can be attributed to the engine, which reportedly "renders seamless worlds of nearly infinite possibilities."
The newest trailer doesn't show off much that we haven't seen before, but it does provide an excellent summary of all the new content that's been revealed so far.
