Country Singer Randy Travis was arrested on Tuesday night after crashing his car in Tioga, TX. The fact that cops found him lying naked on the road didn't help things either. What really fucked things up for Travis is that he threatened to shoot and kill the state troopers that arrested him. Yeah, that conversation never goes well.
Travis was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, and a nasty felony retaliation charge. If he's convicted, he could get 10 years in jail. To further complicate this drunk, naked mess, Grayson County District Attorney Joseph Brown said that he hadn't forgotten about Travis' arrest for public intoxication in February.
