35-year-old Robert Dunbar has been charged for shooting an off-duty NYPD officer after finding the cop in his home with his estranged wife—with his pants down. According to the Post, Dunbar found Louis Pepe in the kitchen with Deborah Dunbar, with "his pants and belt on the floor." This led to a three-way struggle, and when they all hit the ground, Dunbar reached for Pepe's .38-caliber gun and shot him twice in the shoulder. Meanwhile, three kids were in the house as this all went down.

Pepe, who happens to reside with him own wife in Long Island, was treated for his wounds and released shortly after. Dunbar is looking at charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose. The whole situation is an Infidelity 101 lesson in what not to do.
