Just in case you haven’t had your fill of Dark Knight Rises coverage over the past month, Super Hero Hype has just posted two brand-new clips from the movie in order to make the wait for the film that much more painful. The first one sees Lucius Fox (Morgan Freeman) showing Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) some of the secret projects that the Applied Sciences division of Wayne Enterprises has been working on over the years. This leads to the reveal of The Bat—a reimagined version of the classic Batplane from the comics.
The next clip gets a little more intense as Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway) and Bruce Wayne share an intimate dance at a social gathering at Wayne Manor. It’s reminiscent of a similar scene from Batman Returns when Wayne and Kyle—played by Michael Keaton and Michelle Pfeiffer—danced at Max Shreck’s (Christopher Walken) costume party. This clip is notable because it also hints at the themes of class warfare later to come in the movie.
The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters on July 20.
