Treyarch released a video this week detailing their motivations behind Black Ops 2. We would have guessed that could be summed up in about one word (or three little $$$ symbols), but hey, who are we to judge? We love Black Ops as much as anyone.
The game will be set in the near future, when enemies of the US have taken control of our Army of unmanned war-making drones. Naturally, they use these to destroy Los Angeles and who knows where else.
You'll play as the first game's protagonist's son, David Mason, the Alex Mason returns for the portions of Black Ops 2 that will be set in Afghanistan during the Cold War in the 80s.
