Feel good story of the day: University of Nebraska-Lincoln student Jessica Robertson had her case of PBR replaced by the company after hers was stolen from her at knifepoint. Apparently, when Pabst Brewing Company heard about the tragic robbery, they sent over the PBR fairy - AKA, company representative Rick Birdsell - to supply her and her friend with replacement cases of beer.
"My parents will be so proud," Robertson comments while sharing a beer with the PBR fairy, something we can pretty confidently say is probably true.
So, we gotta ask - Is Pabst the most caring brewing company ever, or did they just take advantage of the best marketing ploy ever?
