We almost forgot that Tila Tequila checked into rehab a month ago. Now she's back in the real world and apparently ready to turn over a new leaf. "She has fully recovered, and is currently spending time with her closest family and friends," a rep for the reality TV star told TMZ. "She is the healthiest she's ever been and wants to thank all of her fans for their undying support while she was battling through some hard times." Does this mean no more naked UStream rants?
