This footage, which is a few years old, was apparently put together by a journalist in Vancouver. According to the information, freebase caffeine or "Black Magic" is an alternative—and allegedly legal—way for crack addicts to manage their crack addictions. As for the potential caffeine addiction? We'll have to get back to you on that one.
If anyone out there tries this stunt, don't burn yourself like Richard Pryor did.
