Every year, students of Colorado University at Boulder gather for one of the country's largest celebrations of 4/20. Last year's get-together attracted more than 10,000 people. Understandably, CU Boulder's administration is not particularly pleased with the tradition, nor reputation their school has earned for the smoke-out, and are planning on cracking down this year.
According to the university, they have laid out a fish-base fertilizer on the campus' Norlin quad where the burn takes place. Sheesh—what's next?! Making weed illegal!?
