Let's face it: everyone wants to ride inside the Batmobile. The Dark Knight's signature vehicle features state-of-the-art gadgets and weapons, as it aids him in his war against crime in Gotham City. The design of the car itself may have changed drastically over the years, but it always seems to remain as badass as ever.
And for a special feature on the upcoming Blu-ray release of The Dark Knight Rises, Warner Brothers assembled the different versions of the Batmobile from throughout the years in Burbank, CA.
The folks at Crave Online went down to the shoot and filmed their own video of the event that featured the Batmobiles from Tim Burton's Batman, Joel Schumacher'sBatman Forever and Batman & Robin, Christopher Nolan'sDark Knight trilogy, and the original car from the old Adam WestBatman television show. All of these cars are screen-used except for the West car, which is a replica created by the original designer, George Barris.
