Halle Berry was spotted heading to the Los Angeles Superior Court today to seek a restraining order against her former boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry, which will prevent him from seeing their daughter Nahla. Berry's move comes just a day after the couple met with the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services regarding an incident involving Aubry and their nanny. Reports state that Aubry pushed their nanny while she was cradling Nahla.
If Berry gets what she asks for today, Aubry could be legally mandated to stay away from his daughter until a full criminal investigation is done.
