Tuesday's Los Angeles City Council meeting was pretty boring, until Councilman Dennis Zine called for speaker “Mike Hunt.” Mike Hunt was absent, but left a lasting impression on the meeting. No word on what happened to Mike Hunt, or what he was slated to speak about, but we’re certain it would’ve been compelling. Regardless, the Los Angeles City Council should thank Mike Hunt for injecting some much needed life into that painfully boring meeting.
If someone pulls a stunt like this again, it’ll prove that Zine will read anything placed in front of him, similar to Ron Burgundy. Call us immature, but it’s good to see someone keeping this Bart Simpson-esque method of humor alive and well.
