Fresh from Jinan, China, here's video of a 4-year-old driving a car, much to her parents' delight; they really encourage her. Since the video is going viral, Chinese authorities have issued the following: "Kids absolutely are not allowed to drive."
On the real, the authorities also said this: "However, as for drivers under 14 years old, we can't give them tickets...If we caught them, we could only educate the parents."
Oh, okay. Jinan, China—the new Wild Wild West. They can't even stop the babies from getting behind the wheel over there. We just booked our flight.
