Looks like you may have to start watching Hot In Cleveland. TV Land announced on Monday that they were ordering a series spin-off with Cedric the Entertainer in the lead role. You may be asking, "What does Cedric the Entertainer have to do with Hot in Cleveland?" Well, this summer's second season should fill you in.
Cedric's minister character will be introduced during a number of episodes this summer. The now-untitled spin-off relies on the pilot script, which will be "co-written by Cedric and (Hot creator/executive producer) Suzanne Martin." Sounds like a fun idea. Plus, perhaps Betty White can make a guest appearance. And who doesn't love Betty White?
