Another day, another Kinect hack. So far we've seen the video game peripheral modified to shoot music videos, control vacuum cleaners, and create shadow puppets. Today's hack is a bit more…commercial. Nordstrom, the Seattle-based luxury department store, has found a way to use Kinect to make window shopping more interactive.
Using a computer-connected Kinect placed in one of its window displays at its Seattle flagship store, Nordstrom is allowing people to draw illustrations on the display's white backdrop via the accessory's infrared tech.
