Today, Wally Chin opens the spin off of the deeply respected Chin Chin with longtime friend, veteran chef Chris Cheung (formerly of Monkey Bar). The opening has seen tons of delay (no Detox) but appears to be well worth the wait. Walle boasts a diverse menu that mixes traditional Chinese cuisine with American concepts.

Entrees range from $14-29, and experimental plates like the Walle Burger and the Shanghai Pancake Bun with Shoestring Potato won't be foreign to the menu. The 110-seat restaurant and lounge is definitely worth checking, and will have something for everyone.
