So we've all seen everybody's cell phone footage of Evil Ryu from SSFIV Arcade Edition. Capcom shut those fools and their Blair Witch-esque footage down ASAP so they could do it the right way. And that right way occured yesterday, when Capcom's Japanese blog for the game released some official details of a very pissed-off-looking Ryu.
