Okay, we're gonna keep it 100 from the jump: this isn't an official trailer. X-Men Origins: Magneto has been in development hell for the past couple years and was pretty much confirmed as a dead project last month when producer Lauren Donner said it was "at the back of the queue" of the multiple X-Men film projects in the works. That's too bad, because this fan-made trailer has us kind of hyped at the prospect of a Magneto flick. Ian McKellen always killed the role and Magneto is a dark, generally interesting character. Hopefully the project materializes at some point, even if it's years down the line. Until then, we leave you with this well-done montage of footage from previous X-Men movies. Enjoy.

Magneto is definitely cool and a movie could be interesting. But this isn't wake n watch worthy if it's not the real deal.

I agree riff raff, you guys just got my hopes up for no reason haha. I grew up with Xmen comics and the original cartoon series. I was dissapointed when they finished at X3. Oh well COMPLEX we'll wait and see for future films.
