Rassvet is a Paris-based skateboarding company founded in 2016 by skateboarder Tolya Titaev in partnership with Comme Des Garcons and Dover Street Market Paris. Growing up in a post-cold war capital, Tolya sought to find a circle of inspired people fueled by subcultures, music, and art. Born from his desire to unite the forward-thinking youth in an attempt to bring a message of hope to his community, the word Rassvet means ‘sunrise’ or ‘dawn’ and represents the brand’s aspiration to promote strength, creativity, and individuality to a new generation. Rassvet provides an unconventional aesthetic to service both the skateboard and fashion industries, without having to isolate either. A vision rooted in international friendships; emphasized by a global skate team, collaborative design process, and contributing artists from across the world.
