NEXZ

NEXZ is a 7-member global boy group formed from “Nizi Project Season 2,” a joint audition project by JYP Entertainment and Sony Music. NEXZ means “Next Z(G)eneration.” The "N" and "Z" shows they were born from the "Nizi Project," portraying the members gathered will lead the next generation to deliver new music and performances and to open up a new era. In May 2024, they made their global debut with their 1st Single "Ride the Vibe". In Aug of the same year , they debuted in Japan with 1st Japan EP “Ride the Vibe (Japanese Ver.) / Keep on Moving" which also was certified "Gold” on the Gold Disc by the RIAJ. In August 2026, NEXZ returned with their 4th mini album, “SAUCIN’”, showcasing their growth as one of the rising acts on the global stage. The title combines “SAUCE” with the suffix “-ING,” representing NEXZ’s ongoing journey of adding their own unique flavor to everything they do and bringing their distinctive style to music and performance. The release follows their 2nd Single “Mmchk,” released in April 2026, which marked career milestones for the group, including reaching No. 1 on Bugs’ real-time chart, achieving a new career high in first-week album sales, and earning their first-ever music show win. “SAUCIN’” captures NEXZ’s free-spirited energy, confidence, and continued growth across six distinct tracks. Centered around the focus track “SAUCIN’,” the album highlights the group’s dynamic musical identity through sleek electronic sounds and a diverse range of genres, further expanding NEXZ’s evolving musical spectrum. The album opens with the high-energy track “LOCO,” followed by the title track “SAUCIN’,” “APPETITE,” “UPGRADE,” “20 NOW,” and “ALIENS.” The 6 tracks offer different sides of NEXZ while maintaining the group’s signature energy and rhythm, presenting a more refined and versatile sound that reflects their continued artistic development. In September, NEXZ expands their global presence with a performance at ‘Rock in Rio,’ one of Brazil’s largest music festivals, as well as appearances at ‘STRAYCITY,’ a new festival series taking place across three cities in Latin America.
