Tradeshow season is in full effect and the (capsule) trade show has returned to New York City. You might be familiar with most of the brands there so we paid close attention to the brands that are showing there for the first time, some even who are showing their brand for the first time to the public. FOUNDED BY: Laurent Bourven & Marc Asseily

WHY WE CO-SIGN: Inspired by French naval and workwear clothing, Arpenteur is essentially a well thought out update of these classic styles. The founders create their own fabrics and produce them in France, in French factories to achieve the best quality product, and its authentically French(we can't say that enough).

WHY WE CO-SIGN: Private Stock is not your ordinary brand, its all about approaching menswear design as art and less of a business. Each garment is well thought out and designed as if its a work rather than an product, its a unique approach that will ultimately make this brand a huge success. They use techniques that are close to being a lost art, and create garments for today's discerning style-centric guy. WHY WE CO-SIGN: If you are not familiar with COLORS and Wolves Kill Sheep, now is the time to google both and pull out your credit cards to place your orders online. Colors is an iphone accessory company that does some of the most unique iphone and ipad cases, and not only do they look good, but they are made to last, some are made of wood, and even metal. Wolves Kill Sheep is the t-shirt component to COLORS, and they have created some of the most simple graphic tee's we've seen to date, nothing is to glaring or over bearing so cop a few and add them to your wardobe.

WHY WE CO-SIGN: As sneaker lovers, you could imagine the difficulty finding the right pair of casual or dress shoes that fit into your wardrobe, and also offer the same comfort, so the designers of Unmarked, decided to create shoes that were casual and dress casual that are not only comfortable but durable as well. All of the products are handmade in Mexico, and the soles are all Italian made and flown to Mexico to complete the production process.

It's all in the name, because if you think about how relaxing a Sunday is, you'll get their approach to taking the attitude out of luxury sunglasses, and just giving you product with has amazing quality and an unparalled look.

WHY WE CO-SIGN: Jugar Calle which means "of the streets" in spanish, is the brinchild between two designers(one a create director for a mass market sportswear brand, the other from a small high-fashion brand) who decided to merge their two perspectives and create a line to fill the need for people who want high-end sportswear. Made from technical fabrics, leathers, and luxe-linens, the spring collection from Jugar Calle looks like something off the runway that actually makes sense, and that people would want to wear.

SINCE: 1911

WHY WE CO-SIGN: When it comes to the softest, and best quality basic tee's, and henleys, look no further than Merz B. Schwanen. This German heritage brand uses the same fabrication process that the used back in the 1920's and now the product is back in demand. The subtle details are what this brand really focuses on, using rare cottons and and hand sewing a majority of their product.

WHY WE CO-SIGN: If you are looking for luxurious and sophisticated clothing, then look no further than Avelon. Taking the idea of high-quality, tailored garments, and fusing it with a raw edge, meaning their might be some unfinished details on a blazer, some fraying on jeans, which makes this collection the definition of uptown meets downtown.

RAF SIMONS x Fred Perry

SINCE: Launched in 2008

WHY WE CO-SIGN: Spring 2013 marks the relaunch of the collaboration between designer Raf Simons and Fred Perry, and what better way to return to the market than to present a collection full of prints and patterns simply titled Retro Romantic, where Raf used the vibrant prints and patterns and combined them with the classic Fred Perry silhoettes.
