50 Cent has been ordered to pay $5 million to the Florida woman whose sex tape he leaked online as part of a feud with Rick Ross back in 2009. 50 posted the video, which featured footage of Lastonia Leviston, the mother of Rick Ross' child, to his website ThisIs50.com with his own voice overdubbed continually digging at the MMG boss.

The jury verdict in the civil suit was delivered earlier today (July 10) after more than a month-long trial, according to PageSix. In addition to the multimillion dollar pay-out 50 Cent will likely appear in court next week and the judge has requested he submit his state and federal tax returns for review so that the jury can deliberate on potential further punitive damages.

The jury agreed that Leviston underwent "severe emotional distress" due to the leak and that the rapper profited due to the web traffic ThisIs50.com gained from the posting. The verdict also found Jackson guilty of a violation of Leviston's privacy rights.

Considering next week's possible court appearance, the issue is far from settled and 50's finances might become everyone's business either way if he's actually forced to share his recent tax returns.
