This sprawling campus sits along Interstate 35. The campus itself feels industrial, with small, low-lying buildings abound. It lacks a central area and subsequently, a traditional, central-collegiate feel. The college's sports arena, referred to as the Super Pit (formally the Coliseum), is one of the college's architectural abominations, along with the hated dorms. Built in 1973, the rounded brick structure is topped by a black, flat slap that is completely unappealing to look at.
