Anthony Mackie is an American actor. He has been featured in feature films, television series and Broadway and Off-Broadway plays, including Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, Drowning Crow, McReele, A Soldier's Play, and Talk, by Carl Hancock Rux, for which he won an Obie Award in 2002. He blew up on the scene paying the antogonist in the hit film starring Eminem, 8 Mile, and has since been in many other films such as She Hate Me, and Notorious. He played Tupac Shakur, it seems he has a thing for playing rappers.
Not even formidable actors like Sean Penn and Ryan Gosling can bolster this weightless misfire.
