Have you ever found yourself trying to convince a buddy to prioritize playing video games with you? The impressive 76ers rookie swingmanBen Simmons found himself doing just that with his friend, Minnesota's Karl-Anthony Towns, as Simmons played PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds late Tuesday night.

As Simmons attempted to convince Towns to play with him, they had a hilarious exchange that ended with the former LSU Tiger roasting an Eastern Conference foe.

"Hop on man! Play one," Simmons implored Towns. "You got time. Who do you play tomorrow?"

Towns responded: "Hawks."

"You've got plenty of time," Simmons answered.

Incredible. The Hawks are 21-53 and have the third-worst record in the NBA, and they've lost three games in a row. So, yeah—Towns could probably pull an all-nighter and his team, which is currently 42-33, would likely be just fine.

The Hawks acknowledged the diss on Twitter.

We hope KAT has some time for us ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The teams will play in Minnesota on Tuesday at 8 p.m. EST.

Though the T-Wolves should cruise to an easy win, they can't be taking any game lightly these days. They're latching onto the West's eighth seed but lead the Clippers by only 1.5 games and the Nuggets by only two games. Furthermore, the T-Wolves are a part of a logjam between the West's three through eight seeds. Only 4.5 games separate the squad in third, the Trailblazers, from Minnesota, with 7 or 8 games remaining on each team's schedule.
