Before he fought Manny Pacquiao on May 2, Floyd Mayweather believed he'd be able to give $50 million to each of his four children once his paycheck for The Fight was settled. That's $200 million total for his 12 rounds of (winning) work. With the revenue numbers starting to come in, it looks like Mayweather will be able to make good on his promise to his kids.

Yahoo! Sports' Kevin Iole is reporting that domestic pay-per-view revenue between HBO and Showtime topped $400 million (a boxing PPV record), and gate receipts came out to just under $72 million for the sale of 16,219 tickets (another boxing record). Factoring in sponsorships, Forbes estimates that The Fight earned $550 million

With all that cash, after the 60/40 split, Forbes says Pacquiao should receive at least $130 million, while Mayweather's set to individually rake in over $200 million, which is more than the previous record for boxing PPV revenue ($150 million for 2007's Mayweather-De La Hoya fight).
