If we told you that Stephen Curry was a beast on the basketball court back in the 8th grade, you probably wouldn't be all that surprised. It's not like he suddenly became great overnight once he made it to the NBA. He's been perfecting his game for years.

But even with that in mind, it's hard not to be impressed after watching the clip above, which was just released by the Toronto Star. With Curry in Toronto today to take on the Raptors tonight, the Star just rolled out a feature on Curry's days at the Queensway Christian College school during his dad Dell Curry's time with the Raps. In the piece, several of Curry's old teammates and coaches talk about how he was able to dominate games as an 8th grader. And as evidence of that, his former head coach James Lackey gave the Star a video of Curry playing in an exhibition game against some of his fellow players, coaches, and his dad.

Within just a few seconds of the video starting, it's not hard to spot Curry. Even though he's way shorter than he is now in the clip (obviously) and even though he's wearing the No. 12 instead of his current No. 30, Curry shows off his handles, his excellent court vision, and, of course, his shooting touch throughout the clip. You can see him doing some of the same moves that he does now back then, and it's impressive, to say the least.

Check out the video to see for yourself. How the hell did this kid fly under the radar for so long?
